Our lives come and go with barely anyone ever noticing our presence. We hatch, learn to fly, grow, give birth to new offspring, then leave this life for a deep slumber, waiting only for the awakening that will come at the appointed time.
We do not live as long as other creatures can. None of us are ancients but it never does good to mourn about what we can never have. This brevity does not deter us from becoming better. On the contrary, it allows us to strive hard so that we may understand the world around us before our time to depart comes. The wisdom of the ages does not lose to this time.
And because we know that we have only so much time on our hands, our days never move so slow. We know that things can drastically change in one flap of a wing. Nevertheless, no matter how quick we go about in our day, no matter how we always appear to have our hands full, no matter how much needs to be accomplished, we never lose sight of the most important things. For without th
